For the new Downton Abbey Wine Countess of Grantham Collection, we sought a New World winemaking partner skilled in blending time-honored winemaking practices with new world innovation.

Our search led us to a multigenerational, family-owned winery in Lodi, California, one of the renowned grape-growing state’s most historic winegrowing regions. Here, Winemaker Karen Birmingham sources exceptional fruit from sustainably-farmed, estate-grown vineyards, and brings classic techniques plus state of the art winemaking to the table.

The resulting wines are fruit forward, varietally expressive, and imminently enjoyable.
